Describe the buying decision
State whether the inquiry is for workshop use, distribution or a private-label range. Include the destination market and the categories you currently purchase so the first discussion has a clear commercial context.
Separate preferences from specifications
List desired handling characteristics as questions for evaluation. Record the substrate and repair task as requirements to verify, rather than assuming the category name proves compatibility.
Make the sample request reviewable
